Downscaling the weather forecast model

Downscaling the weather forecast model to a 90m horizontal grid seems like it would be excellent for measuring weather in valleys and mountain peaks.

The model is interpolated, but adapting its resolution to nearly 90 meters is essentially unrealistic. You would have to download an enormous amount of data. No operational and regularly updated weather model in the world provides such a high resolution, even with interpolation.
