At some point the access and datapoints changed in my app, and although my app says that my Premium account is confirmed, I still cannot see days in advance.
I could not find my initial login so I created a new account, and the subscription still shows as valid. Can you help me get the app running correctly for me?
That is completely normal — the 1-hour precipitation forecast is only available for a limited number of forecast hours. Please change the forecast step to 3 hours.
