Premium notifications

I've been a premium user for years and have never used the alert notifications before. Today, I got curious and decided to set up a few alerts, but I noticed that I can't activate any of them. When I click the button, it doesn't turn blue.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Do you have the latest version of the app? Try enabling notifications for a city you've added manually - does it not work there either?

I have that same problem...

Android, latest version. Ventusky-specific notifications are enabled. But none of the notifications in Ventusky can be activated - not for Current Location, and not for any stored City.

Do you have notifications enabled on Android, please?

I have notifications enabled on Android. Paying for Premium only to have the service not work is unacceptable. Please fix this.
