"Chance of precipitation" premium complication on Apple Watch

Even when I have premium access to Ventusky Guide, there are two things:
1. The "Chance of Precipitation" for next day watch complication has a UI glitch.

2. Why can't we get the "Chance of Precipitation" watch complication to show hourly "Chance of Precipitation" updates? It's just a matter of implementation by the developers for their premium users to be able to see "Chance of Precipitation" updates for the next hour as an Apple Watch complication.

What exactly do you mean, please? Do you mean that it's being truncated with the dots? As for the second point, I'm not sure which widget you're referring to.
