When I zoom in, certain parts of the map doesn't load. Zooming out renders the map correctly again, but zooming in brings back the grey rectangles. It seems to be always the same regions with rendering issues. I tried clearing the caché and the internal data, but the issue persists. I also tried to reinstall the app, but it didn't help.

It looks like a map tile was downloaded incorrectly and got corrupted in the app's cache. Unfortunately, the only solution is to reinstall the app or wait for some time until the cached tile is replaced.
I don't think this is a temporal issue. I deleted the app's data and then I reinstalled it. The same areas as before has the rectangle. Any more ideas to fix It?

In this case, the data appears to have been loaded incorrectly on our server in Spain. Unfortunately, there's no solution at the moment. It should resolve itself automatically after some time.
