In the iPadOS version, the data pointer gives a different temperature than the one mentioned in the frieze at the bottom of the screen. Similarly, the temperatures on the map, whether in cities or in grid display, are much higher.

You probably have a different weather model selected on the map than the one shown in the panel below.

You have the AROME FR model selected on the map. However, this model is not currently used for the forecast shown in the bottom panel. That forecast is generated from a different model, which is why the values differ.
