I wish I had this (Ventusky) 15 years ago. As a truck driver with 27 years of experience living in West Texas, I could have avoided a lot of various dangerous weather conditions I have had to deal with over the years. This site (in my personnel opinion) is exactly what all truck drivers should have in there "toolbox" to use when pre-planning there trips all across the United States (or any other drivers across the world). So in closing, thank you and keep updating this site (as needed) cuz this ole trucker appreciates you.
Just a follow up on this site....I was driving in the vicinity of Ranger,Texas early this summer {2026} when while using your site I was able to know exactly where a major thunderstorm that had tornado warnings in this storm was showing me with pin point accuracy, where this storm was headed allowing me to prepare and take evasive action before I continued....I stopped my truck at a rest area and waited this dangerous storm out from a safe distance before I continued on my run....As it turned out, a twister had dropped down in the area I was headed towards and who knows if I would have been mixed up in that mess!!! So Thank you for such ACCURATE information warning this ole West Texas driver from potential danger!! Love this site and keep up the great work y'all!!
