how can i enter a specific GPS coordinate (boat position on the sea) to get specific forecast at this location

my friend is on the sea and want to send me his coordinate so i can tell him the wind direction and speed. but i cannot find how to do that. (enter 14degre49.340N and 61degre14.890W and get the weather for this location?)
