Radar screen is broken

The radar screen is cut off, the weather in my area is not displayed.
I see this broken display in the android application, as well as on the web display.

It is all right like this. The two models regional ICON DE (https://www.ventusky.com/?p=50.3;13.6;5&l=rada... ) and global UKMO are combined there.
