Placing a loop in my location to see weather

Is there a way to loop the weather as it updates or any option such as "rain, feels like", for the location that I place on the designated area? I am a EM and I have this on a TV on the way to constantly monitor the weather.

Do you mean automatic updates? These are currently not possible on the website and must be done manually.
