Radar widget doesn't refresh on android PREMIUM

Dear Ventusky Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring issue with the Ventusky Radar widget on my Android device. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, the widget fails to refresh, leaving me with blank widget screen. This has been a significant inconvenience, as I rely on real-time data for my daily activities.

I have followed the troubleshooting steps provided on your website, including closing and reopening the app, and even reinstalling it entirely. However, these solutions have not rectified the problem. It is imperative for the functionality of the widget to be reliable, and currently, it is not meeting those expectations.

I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter, along with a permanent solution to ensure the widget operates correctly. Your attention to this issue would be highly valued by not only myself but other users experiencing similar difficulties.

Does the other widget from us have the same problem? The phone may block the loading of larger data volumes. Please check if you have any data transfer limits or battery-saving settings enabled.

I tried the app on the Samsung Galaxy A20e with android 11. First thing was "wow". Then i start to put widgets on the frontpage. Configuring them etc..

Result.. none of the widgets did not update themself at all... Battery save off, reinstall whole app, clear the memory and reinstall app. Remove app and restarted my device, install app again. etc.. enough memory free in phone.. No still any update action of widgets still. They sit on same point forever.. my head is empty with that.. Other apps widgets work correctly.

Unfortunately, widget behavior depends heavily on the specific phone model. However, Samsung Galaxy devices usually don’t have issues. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what can be done in this case.

I opened the phone and took the battery away and reinstalled it back... now the radar widget is updating with 10 min refresh rate. But wow! Now it works correctly.
