Premium+ Subscription

Hi,
Im used huawei p90pro, i already pay for subscription but my account can't access the premium.

If your subscription is not working, please make sure you are logged into the same Apple or Google account on your phone that you used to purchase the subscription. Sometimes, reinstalling the app can help, as it refreshes the connection to your subscription.

Check if you have multiple Google accounts on your Android device. Maybe you have bought the premium for a different account if there are more of them?
If you have multiple accounts, try to log out of all of them except the one with premium.

Obviously i use same email for subscription and only this email log in to my google in my phone

I have added logging for your account. Try uninstalling the app, reinstalling it and logging in.
Also, you have a Huawei phone. Have you obtained the app from Google Play or some 3rd party (or Huawei) store? Which version of the app do you have (its at the bottom of Settings screen).

The device in question does not officially support Google Play, and AliPay payments are not available there either. I recommend requesting a refund from the store where you made the purchase and then purchasing the subscription directly here on our website via Paddle. Purchases made on the website will then work seamlessly on any device after signing in to myVentusky.
