Premium Subscription Not recognised

Hi, I just purchased the premium sub on the Google Play Store.
When I go to the app, it's not recognising that I have premium access.
I tried reinstalling the app and logging into Ventusky using my Google account and nothing is working.
On the subscription page on Google Play Store it says to go to the app to 'confirm plan' but this is not an option in the app.
I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.

Please make sure that you are signed in to Google Play with the same Google account that was used to purchase the subscription. Then open Ventusky and go to the Premium section.

If the subscription is still not recognized, please send us a screenshot of the subscription in Google Play on [email protected], ideally showing the order/subscription details, and we will check it.

The “Confirm plan” message is shown by Google Play and there is no separate “Confirm plan” button in Ventusky.

Hi just confirming the premium subscription has activated this morning. Maybe it takes a while between purchasing before it gets activated.
I was signed into my Google account since purchasing the subscription.
