Cannot search a location on samsung watch

Hi. I have tried to change a location using the search but the watch app remains in the current location.
I am out of ideas. Is this a bug?

There is no location search directly on the watch. It syncs with the app, where you need to find the location. The watch must be synchronized with your phone.
