Compare Models

Hello Ventusky Support Team,I have an active Premium subscription .Unfortunately, the Premium features such as "Compare Models" (to view 2-3 models side by side) and advanced layers (like CAPE, Helicity, Wind Shear, Dew Point on multiple levels) are not appearing for me on both web and app.I have tried:Logging out and back in.
Clearing cache and cookies (on web).
Force closing and restarting the app.
Restore Purchase / Sync Account in settings.
Using different devices/browsers.

My account email: [[email protected]] have attached screenshots showing the issue.Please activate the full Premium features manually or guide me on how to fix this.Thank you!

We do not mention the “view 2–3 models side by side” feature anywhere, and we do not offer it.

Advanced layers such as CAPE, etc., are available under Thunderstorms in the menu https://www.ventusky.com/thunderstorms-map/cape#p=... and Dew Point is located here: https://www.ventusky.com/dew-point-map#p=49.94;19....
