So I don't know if one day its possible but before I made my site for that very reason to warn and put my own warnings like NWS, I wanted to see if it was possible to do that in here for example a way to have admin and whoever wants to use that link will see my alerts and warnings that I cover for a specific area in the USA of course. I have so many ideas but let me know what you think, there's many ideas in my head.
