ICON-CH and ICON-DE differences

Dear Ventusky Team,
I've noticed that while both ICON-CH and ICON-DE models on your platform seem to have a similar high resolution (around 2km), ICON-CH provides forecasts for a longer period, up to 4-5 days, compared to ICON-DE.
Could you please explain why there's this difference in forecast range for models with comparable resolution? I'm curious to understand the underlying reasons for this.

ICON-DE is run by the German Meteorological Service, and ICON-CH is run by the Swiss Meteorological Service. Although the core of the model is the same, the configuration differs.
