ICON Global Model

Hello!
Do you use any interpolation method (radial basis functions (RBFs) or another) to display ICON (global) model data on a regular grid (without visual interpolation enabled)?

On the web, you can turn interpolation off by pressing the “i” key or in Settings. In the app, it is also available in Settings. You will then see the data exactly as the model calculates it. When interpolation is enabled, we use our own interpolation method based on bicubic interpolation.
