Old premium user question

Hi, been using ventusky since 2020, for obvius reasons - its amazing app with all data one can use, and simple - so I started using the premium layer in 2021. In august 2024 had some issue with credit cards and phone (changed phone and card twice in short period) and since then, can't access or find that old plan. I know it was cancaled becouse of me and my problems, well aware. The question I have, is there a way to re-enable it? Did that plan dissapear?
Should I reach out another way, via email, to provide photos of past plan/payments?

Hello,

The management of premium subscriptions purchased from iOS or Android is maintained by Apple or Google. If you have changed your account, you can buy it again as a new product.

If you still have the same account, you should be able to either buy it again or re-activate it. However, I am not sure how reactivation is handled on Android.
On iOS, you can find all your previously cancelled subscriptions in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

Thanks for replying.
The android account is still the same and I see Ventusky layers under expired subscriptions, but, dosnt seem to be a way to reactivate.... should I turn to google?

In the app, you don't see subscribe button?
You can also try google support, how to reactivate expired subscriptions from their management system.
