Is https://www.paddle.com/ works for you? Don't you have some firewall enabled, that can block connection for pay gate?

I have the same problem, i paying for premium for the past 3 years and only today have i registered an account, when i go into my mobile app (thats were i have the premium) it wont allow me to log in with my new details. So it stil says Ventusky and premium details

Hi, I am Richard I have recently paid the $14.99 for the premium subscription and I am very disappointed. I login and none of the premium items are not showing on the models that I go to. It is the same as before I paid for the premium. Why should I pay for an upgrade that DOES NOT preform the way say it does. I am VERY disappointed. I do not recommend someone paying something that does not perform like you say it does. Central Florida

The models ECMWF,GFS, IONC, GEM, HRRR (US) none of these work- SEA none work, THUNDERSTORMS none of these work, CLOUDS none of these work, SNOW COVER none of these work, WIND SPEED none of these work, AIR PRESSURE none of these work, HUMIDITY none of these work, Freezing level, Dew point, Visibility does not work. I use the ECMWF model the 500 mb level no wind barbs and there are no 16 altitude levels, Lifted index, Helicity. It is very disappointing as hurricane season only 59 days out. There is a lot of people and storm chasers in Florida and other parts of the states. Your premium upgrade does not produce what it claims to be able to use in each of these weather models Richard Central Florida Note: I cannot give you a screenshot. I hope situation can be resolved. I really like the site it has a lot to afar.

What each model offers can be seen on the website: https://www.ventusky.com/total-cloud-cover-map#p=5... (example for ECMWF). These models can hardly provide wave (sea) data, as they are atmospheric models. On the other hand, all of them provide cloud cover, so I don’t understand why you say it is missing. Without a screenshot, I’m unable to assess the issue.
