How to plot position using URL

Is there a way to code a URL so that a lat/long position can be placed on the screen.

Ham Radio people launch pico balloons that transmit their approx location. its part of the hobby.

We like Ventusky because we can see the winds at the altitude of the balloon (about 40,000 ft)

We know the lat/long but have to estimate its location on Ventusky with a URL like

https://www.ventusky.com/?p=LATHERE;LONGHERE;3&...

but that centers the map... Is there a way to get a icon of some sort to display as well? An X marks the spot sort of thing.
