Hi. I have tried to load the app on an old iPad Pro with no joy. it works fine on iPhone 15. any ideas please?

What does it mean "old iPad Pro" What iOS does it have?

I am a professor of Climatology in Brazil and often use Ventusky in my classes. As I work in the training of future Geography teachers, and since Climatology covers several abstract topics, Ventusky is very helpful in enhancing the spatial understanding of the different layers available on the platform. I would like to know if there is any discount or free version of Ventusky for educational purposes. Thank you for your attention and for the excellent service provided.

The same data are used, but sometimes they may remain in the cache a bit longer. I recommend refreshing the page or closing and reopening the app.

Hi, my question is will the android app ever catch up to what you can see on the web version? I am a premium + member and have loaded it on a Lenovo tablet but I am missing a lot of the features that are on the website. Still an awesome app but would like it to match the web. Thanks!

On the contrary, the app actually includes more features than the web version. Do you have the latest version installed? Which feature are you missing in the app that is available on the web?
