Air pressure

Hi all,
The pressure that I see on the map (On Ventusky), is it a corrected pressure to the sea level?
I have a barometer and i wish make the correct setting, but I'm not sure what pressure I chose. I know the elevation of my city (400 m). so if i see on the map 1030 hp corrected, my barometer must be about 980 hp.....please help
