ich habe die app auf dem desktop ,läuft sehr gut ,aber wenn ich mich mobil anmelden will ,klappt das popup nach 2-3sec weg .ohne hinweis . kpl.löschen ,neuinstallation ,,neustart etc . in allen variationen mehrfach !! probiert ,ohne erfrolg . freigaben sind erteilt ,ich habe nichts falsch gemacht.
warum funktioniert das anmeldefenster auf meinem "sony xq-dq54 " nicht ?

alles andere funktioniert wunderbar damit

Wir entschuldigen uns für die Probleme. Mit einem solchen Problem sind wir noch nie konfrontiert worden. Haben Sie auf Ihrem Handy vielleicht ein Programm, das bestimmte Elemente in Apps blockiert? Es könnte dann die Anmeldeseite blockieren.

Nein, ich habe alles Mehrfach probiert, in allen variationen.
bei "my ventusky", also hier, bin ich jetzt mobil eingelockt. Das ging ohne Probleme. Mobil anmelden auf der App geht nicht.

Ich hab das gleiche Problem:
Auf dem PC,und der App auf dem S23 Handy funkionnierts auf der App auf der Tab A Tablette nicht.

nein , es ist mir nicht möglich ,mobil die "premium " vorzüge zu nutzen ,obwohl ich die app genau aus diesem grund bezahlt habe . alles andere auf dem fon funktioniert wunderbar ..schade ,und keine lösung in sicht ..

Same here for me, I paid premium, I have a premium connection on my computer on the web through a browser, I have a premium connection on my mobile phone through a browser which however runs very slowly in poor resolution, but I cannot log in to my account through the Android ventusky application from my mobile phone, i put my email end password to android ventusky application but nothing happen

ps: i buy premium ventusky from windows pc

Does it end with an error, or are you logged in without the premium? Also, for logging are you using email + password or Apple / Facebook / Google login?

Hi, I'm trying to connect (logged) with the my email and password in the Ventusky Android application, with the email and the password that I use to connect (logged) to Windows in my computer pc when I purchased the Ventusky Premium subscription from my Windows compouter, in Android Ventusky application on my phone no give or screen a error, just no say nothing and no connect with Premium, stay on free mode, sorry for my bad English

You can successfully login to the app, but without the unlocked premium, or you cannot login in the app at all? I cannot see your Android device in the list of active devices for your account (you can check it here - https://my.ventusky.com/profile/devices)
I have enabled extended logs for your account on the server, try to login again.

Note: You can write in your mother tongue if you want, I will use the translator ;-)

The sequence I follow is, I enter the application, go to login, write my email from above in the box, from below the code, click login, and without any other message the information goes to the initial login screen... and after in application is the freeware mode... no Premium

My mobile phone device is:

Xiaomi Redmi A2
model 23028RN4DG
with 3GB ram (+3GB extension ram from storage space)
Operation system: Android 13 (Go edition)

I use the NetGuard firewall, but I have given to the Ventusky application full access to the internet and input and output, as I have done with all the applications I use, as well as operating system applications... but to be sure, I stopped and disabled the firewall as well as the antivirus program and restarted the device without any restrictions to the internet and mobile telephony, and the result is still the same, I enter the email and password, and absolutely nothing happens on the Ventusky application screen, neither Premium login, nor any error on the screen, for example error as wrong password or wrong email... while through Firefox for Android I connect to myventusky Premium... uninstall and install again Ventusky application (android), with a fresh installation, and the problem still persists, I requested and changed the password and still no login to Premium through the application, and NO some error appears as information... it simply does not logged to Premium from Ventusky application.... in its free version (with Premium tabs not access) the application works normally... crazy...

Νo one method works on the android Ventusky application for a Premium who buying with Paddle from Windows personal Computer, I tried everything, I have been dealing with computers (although not with smart phones) since 1991 and I have never seen such an unacceptable ridiculous situation, I subscribed to Windy Premium and everything work on my computer and mobile phone directly without any problem work like a charm, for to I have to have the same numerical weather models (ecmwf and icon.eu) with Ventusky on my computer and on the go on trips with my motorcycle on my mobile phone via an Android application.... I canceled Ventusky subscription for the next year, but I lost my money for the mobile application, the Ventusky Premium works on the Windows (PC) computer through a browser on Windows GOOD, but it has no real benefit Premium vs Free in PC Windows broswer because the forecasts for 7-8 days and beyond are mostly unreliable and most options don't require Premium, so better stay in free version... it's a shame 15 euros I threw in the trash.... I think, I'm not 100% sure that, the cunning intention is that someone will make 2 Premium subscriptions, but without knowing it from the beginning, one for the Android application, and another for a Windows computer if they really need it both,anyway, you have a good time and above all, be healthy.

You definitely should not purchase the subscription again — that's not what I'm suggesting. What I mean is that you can try linking your account to a sign-in provider such as Google, Facebook, or Apple, and then sign in using that provider instead. See https://my.ventusky.com/profile/external Are you also unable to sign in using a third-party login provider?

The subscription must of course work when you're signed in to the app as well. We're currently investigating why it isn't working in your case.

Hello again dear Ventousky....

I have already tried from the beginning after I saw that I could not connect with the normal method in the 2 boxes, email and password, with the method below that says "connect with Google"... as you suggested... I don't even use Facebook etc but i have Google account at my mobile divice, although I did not think it would work, because I made my Premium subscription through a desktop computer and it was paid through Paddle, with an email address that is not Google but is tutamail (tutamail.com) so how could Google (???) correspond with tutamail in the subscription ??? ....

Today, because you need to see it too, I tried again and took screenshots, as you can see in the successive images at the end, a connection was made with Google, but as is logical, it is NOT Premium because my Premium with the payment in Paddle and the profile it happened with tutamail and not with gmail....

in fact, I changed my email for testing in my regular paid Premium profile from tutamail to gmail that I have on my mobile phone.... and lo and behold... I lost my Premium subscription everywhere... so went back again to tutamail, but I had to change my name his say, and from _PaNOS it became _PaNOS_ and the Premium subscription for browsers such as Firefox returned as you see in the screenshot...

it is now understood that in order for someone to have Premium and in a browser on different devices, and toggether in the Ventusky Android application, they will either have to first download the application on the mobile phone and from there, mobile phone and application with the email that they have on the mobile phone to make the subscription... or from the browser through Paddle but to put the email that is on the mobile phone, in the case of android then gmail is the surest choice to work everywhere....

I don't want my money back, although I was annoyed and sad at the same time... I leave it to you to work to fix such a problem, on my desktop computer I've been using Ventusky in the free version for a few years, so take it as a gift for that years i use free Ventusky for browsers in Windows PC, because otherwise on my personal computer the Ventusky weather page is a good page with good visualization, easy to operate, and with great accuracy in the forecasts, due of course to models such the very good ECMWF, and good ICON.... BUT fixe the problem with android application.

You can connect Google account with your Ventusky account and use Google account for login with active Paddle subscription.
Login with your Paddle-subscribed account in the browser and go to https://my.ventusky.com/profile/external -> click Connect Google. You will be taken to Google page and there you select your Google account (you must logged with your Google account in the browser). After that, you can use either email/password or this Google account to login (in the browser or in the app) and you should have Paddle subscription active.
I know that this is not a final solution, but it is a "kind of" workaround till we manage to debug the login problem. From the screens I can see that Google-based login works in the app.

As I've said before because I've tried again, it connects to a Google account, BUT it doesn't load and it doesn't recognize the Premium subscription I paid for... it works like the free version with the profile...

just last night I downloaded a new BETA version of the Ventusky Android app from the Google store, version 54... as a free version it connects to the internet and works fine... but again it doesn't connect to the email and password I created the profile with when I bought the Premium subscription... with the difference that nown with beta 54 version is a message comes out from below... "Unable to download data" ... and it doesn't do any other action, nor does it connect to a profile... it remains in the free version.... se screenshot bellow...
