I previously reached out to inquire about the implementation of the Arome 1.3km model, and at the time, you mentioned that it doesn’t differ significantly from the 2.5km model. However, over the past few months, I’ve been comparing the two forecast models, and I’ve noticed some differences, albeit minor, particularly in very small and localized areas.
These differences, while subtle, can be quite useful when planning outdoor activities such as hiking. In these scenarios, having a more detailed forecast can provide an added layer of accuracy, which could be beneficial for users.
I understand the technical challenges in implementing such a model, but I believe that including Arome 1.3km would enhance the app’s precision for users who rely on it for planning activities in specific areas.
