DWD MOSMIX
This model is even better than HARMONIE and is the only one based on prediction algorithms that automatically optimize and fine-tune themselves based on whether the forecast was correct or incorrect across thousands of weather stations. The model constantly checks itself to see whether it predicted accurately or not.
Personally, I thought all models worked like this already—but that was a naive assumption. This is the only model that actually does it.
