Can't connect to myVentusky account on app to sync Premium

Hello!

I love what you do but I have a problem. I have a myVentusky account that I created on the site but I can't log in from the app to the same account, an error message tells me that the username or password is incorrect. However, it is the same identifiers that I use to connect to the website.

Can you tell me how to proceed so that all my devices are linked to my account, including my iPhone through which I subscribed to Premium?

Thank you for using Ventusky. We have your ...proton.me email registered in our database. If you log in with it through the app, it should work.

I see the registration was done through Apple. Are you unable to log in using the 'Sign in with Apple' button as well?
