Cannot log in to more than three devices

I purchased a Premium+ subscription through my Ventusky account on an Android device. I am unable to log in on more than three devices at a time. Once logging in on a fourth device, one of the previously logged in devices is logged out. I am logging in to all device using my email address and password. I am supposed to be able to use up to 25 devices. Please advise. Thanks.

Please check the list of devices connected to your account and log out any that you no longer use: https://my.ventusky.com/profile/devices

It seems they were accumulated for you. We will check why.

Hi -

I use the three devices listed. I just logged back in to a Windows device that was previously automatically logged out and one of my Addroid devices got logged out.
