Current measured weather

I would find extremely useful to easily visualize live weather parameters at weather stations (wind, for example), and compare with the forecast (that might have been computed several hours before). I have no clue about the availability of such data, but have you considered implementing something like this?

Thank you for your feedback. The data from the stations is only point-specific and very sparse in many areas. Therefore, a background model is always needed to fill in the missing data. Models on Ventuky rely on this network of stations. For example, the HRRR model in the USA is updated every hour and uses input data from both stations and radars.

Thanks for your answer! I think it would be useful to add an option to mark on the map the locations where measured data from weather stations is available. I would use it to quickly check which is the closest station and see its latest data, in case, as I mentioned, I want to compare the prediction with the actual current measured value (e.g. wind intensity). Being able to see the live data would be a very useful feature, in my opinion!
