Current Temperature Incorrect - Suspect Causation

Hi, the temperature at my house is currently out by at least 2 degrees (I suspect more like 4C), and I know this because your app says 2C for the next few hours, but my thermometer says zero (it doesn't go below zero), and this is backed up by the ice outside.
I think if you're using a prodíctive model ít is perhaps combined with localised reporting (?) which doesn't account for local heat islands ... and / or, it's not effectively adapting for local altitude (I'm on a hill top) ... and / or it's not adapting to proximity of "cold sinks" ...

I'm a long time (55 yo) academic, and I have an hypothesis about how to fix this, is the modelling done by Ventusky itself or you guys just use someone else's data for the app?
