ECMWF data is later than other models

I've noticed in the last few weeks that updates for ECMWF is at least 3 hours behind GFS. Also, the ECMWF data is updated on Windy.com's website sooner than on Ventusky.com's website. ECMWF use to be updated at the same time as GFS, is there a reason it is no longer updated when it was in the pass?
