Home page with saved location when starting application

How do i get Map home page to open on my saved location when starting application?

Click on the city you like and then the side bar appears on the right with the forecast. click on the star on the top right and your set.

if its on the ventusky mobile app. Search the city your looking for and it should save on your saved locations list. then click on the i symbol and make sure to have forecast this location on
