Humidity of the Poles

I have read that the poles aren't very humid, but on the app it always shows that they are very humid - except with some areas of Antarctica being very low humidity.
Are the poles humid or not humid?

They are very dry. This is the relative humidity, explained here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humidity Cold air holds very little moisture, but in relative terms, it is almost saturated.

Relative humidity, often expressed as a percentage, indicates a present state of absolute humidity relative to a maximum humidity given the same temperature.
