Over the past few weeks, we have been working on improving the accuracy of our own radar nowcasting, updated every 5 minutes. The radar forecast on Ventusky is now more accurate. Coincidentally, the updated version was launched today.

ICON-RUC is also a type of nowcasting model, but it only covers a limited area, and ICON-DE still remains somewhat more important for forecast monitoring. We may add ICON-RUC in the future, but it is not a priority at the moment.
