The display of lightning symbols appear in my display as separate from the associated storm. If I move the display left and right, the lightning symbols move more than the underlying display, almost as if they are at a higher elevation. This is on a Dell XPS13 using Google Chrome as my browser. If I look at the same display on my IPhone, the lightning symbols occur in the correct location.
