Locking the data picker?

Hi, I like the new update with the data picker. I don't know if it would be possible to do but I'd like to make a suggestion of being able to lock the data picker on to the location of choice. This would then enable zooming in and out and panning around the map, without losing the focus on the currently selected location. You could maybe have a padlock icon on the map view which, when selected, would lock the data picker position and then, when selected again, would unlock the picker enabling to move the map around underneath it and view data for other locations. That would be the icing on the cake

Thank you, we’re happy to hear that! It’s definitely an interesting idea, but we do not want to overloading the map with buttons. In the future, however, we are planning to use the picker to measure distances, and some functionality to lock the position could also be included. That’s definitely a good direction. We are planning to add some features when clicking on the picker.
