Map Overlay

Is it possible to get more map overlays like satellite with all street names and dark map or basically have the names of the states on them transparent of course l. But I want more detailed map it sucks I have to zoom in all the way just to see where a storm is over or sometimes it doesn’t even say anything over an area. Please create I’m paying cause I love this app and use it daily.

Are you looking for more detailed maps when zoomed in? The state names might not be as crucial. Could you specify where the map feels too empty or lacking in detail?

Yes of course I can show you a few things. I posted another discussion regarding a different situation. but let me show you in photos. The photos you see are examples of what I would like to see in ventusky especially making it easier to identify streets or even other towns or cities. My most important one is different map overlays cause the gray color makes it ugly to be honest. Its not appealing.
Black overlay map would be cool since the weather overlays would look so sick and even stand out even more especially with that cool addon with the city values. Satellite maps and even terrain maps which i will include in the next reply. My most important is showing more cities while zoomed out as well. if theres a way to increase that. I use mostly the wesbsite version and i mean i constantly go on there more than the app.

Ill add more photos. So basically a wide variety just to start. its because when i do videos or quick clips i want to be more precise especially lets say for example theres an area that doesnt have names and i dont know what to say lol. ill show you in the next reply

so when we look at your application its just plain. while there is great information especially since i use it everyday, I would like to see more updates regarding more appealing graphics maybe changing out that gray colered map. Even when zooming in you dont see too much detail just city names and maybe a hwy. So more detailed map overlays that can be more useful so we can pin point a spot maybe intersections of streets and stuff like that. I would like to see more cities while being zoomed out instead of zooming in. it would be amazing. also i would love to see maybe to make yours different on webversion is to see 2 overlays together like wind gusts and precipitation together using the HRRR. Something i noticed is that why does the precipation overlay not look like the radar overlay especially when looking ahead of time. I noticed that the Radar has the Actual HRRR look than the precipitation overlay. precipitation is kind of like a blob and the future radar has more of the actual look. Lets update that somehow not to sure why its that way. I think the precipitation should have the real looking HRRR look and not the blobby kind. Its way more detailed on the radar overlay then the precipitation overlay . so sometimes i go back and forth but to me I mostly use the radar for HRRR future time. Now of course looking into the next week of course i use gfs and icon. lets just start with the map overlays with details and then get into the rest. I have many ideas and the best thing is to make the weather overlays to stick out more better.

Ok, thank you. We are planning to create more detailed maps. However, the use of black or gray is somewhat subjective.
