New 400 hPa Level and More Vertical Levels from the ICON Model

We have expanded the selection of altitude levels available for the Wind and Temperature layers on Ventusky. A new 400 hPa level has been added, corresponding to an altitude of approximately 7 km (23,000 ft). This fills the gap between the existing 500 hPa and 300 hPa levels.
