No Wind or Temperatures on Map unless hover over

I reset my app to default and did other pokes and prods but cant seem to get the map to show either various windspeed or temperatures around an area unless my mouse hovers over or clicks the map at that spot. What did I do? This is both on Phone android app AND online at website using PC. I just bought the App and Day 1 it looked great - Now suddenly I cant see temps or wind speeds anywhere.

Everytime I try to reply with just words it says some of the words cannot be used in your post. I am not cussing so I dont know what word is bad.

OK I give up, it wont let me type what I typed. Irregardless I fixed it. The option "Values on the Map" was somehow set to Off.
