This is on the https://www.ventusky.com webapp.
1. Move the mouse wheel one notch to zoom in or out.
2. Quickly (within a second or two) click and hold the left mouse button, drag the map a tiny distance, and release.
3. The pan and/or zoom does something completely unexpected. I am usually teleported to the other side of the map.
This is 100% consistent for me, i.e. the problem happens every time I follow the above steps. Waiting a few seconds after scrolling with the mouse wheel avoids the issue. I'd be happy to send a video.
I'm using Chrome on Windows 11 but I've seen this on multiple machines over at least the past year or two.
