One constant spot with not-existing rain

Hi,
For a long time I can see a small area of rain expected. It is on the west of Poznan city (Poland) - screenshot attached. The Precipitation layer ALWAYS displays here a rain, even the weather is beautiful, today also. But there is clear sky today, so for sure it is not possible to have a rain here.
The question is what can be a source of this strange feature?...

The layer from the EURAD model is based on radar data, which sometimes contains noise. This spot is an example of that noise. We will try to improve the filtering to remove it.
