Outline around Walvis Bay, Namibia

There is an outline surrounding Walvis Bay, Namibia. I'm not sure if you guys have control over that.
It kind of resembles what it looks like on Google Maps (a lighter beige colour and is not a line) but Ventusky uses a line which is same as the one for country borders. Furthermore, the line doesn't even reach the ocean at both ends.
