Please show the refresh time

I have a simple question about my premium app. Why does my hourly widget not give a refresh time? I don't trust the refresh and it doesn't happen in my opinion on a regular basis. I always have to use the refresh button and it's annoying. I am running a Samsung S22 and I give the battery full freedom regarding updating your app.

I am monitoring 4 widgets on my home screen but none of them is refreshing
What could be the issue
