Good day - I have signed up for the Premium+ plan, however, I cannot access the premium features. The 'Buy Premium' banner still remains yet my subscription shows proper in the Manage Premium section. I have read through the posts here and have attempted each of the responses you have provided: restarted the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, confirmed I am logged in using the same account and same device as I signed up with, yet nothing seems to correct the issue. Please let me know what my next steps are.
The Premium+ plan is connected to your account; you can now see it in your badge. What Premium+ features are not working? The still visible "buy banner" in the app can be a bug, but it should not have an impact on the features itself since you have correctly assigned Premium+.
Perry Any time I try to enable a premium layer it takes me to the Buy Premium page. If I try to restore the purchase (for grins) I get an error “The response could not be processed {could_not_parse_response}
I am also having the same issue. I have signed up for Premium and cannot use the premium layers. I attempted to uninstall app and reinstall and pressed the “Restore Purchase” button but received an error that says “The request could not be processed. Could_not_parse_response”
