Hi, i bought ventusky premium on my old phone, i was logged in with my email. I changed phones, downloaded again ventusky and nothing - i have basic app...
Should i need to buy again premium, or i can somehow transfer?
I do not have old phone, so i cannot login in old phone...

It is enough to sign in on your new phone to the Google Play or Apple account through which you previously purchased the subscription. You do not need sign in within our app, but in the Google Play Store or the App Store — this is important.

In that case, we will cancel the previous one manually and you will be able to purchase a new one. Please send us the purchase number to [email protected]. It starts with the letters GPA and is usually listed on the receipt.
