Premium Plan Question

Hello All! Many, many, many thanks to you guys for developing, releasing, and continuing to enhance this incredible tool! I just learned about the Premium plan developments, so I have a couple of questions I see on the website when I signed up that you currently don't have the ability to accept payment directly, but I have to go through one of the two App stores.

If I purchase Premium on one platform, do I have to purchase it again on the other platform?
Are there plans to enable purchasing Premium through the website?

Personally, I definitely see the value in the app and would be willing to pay for it. But, I'd really like the ability to pay you directly, then login to my account directly through the app, and avoid having to use the Google Play/Apple App ecosystems.

Anyway, thanks again for the fantastic work!

Thank you, we are pleased. It is exactly as you described. Currently, subscriptions can only be purchased via Apple and Google and cannot be transferred between Apple, Android, Windows, etc. It's not ideal, and it is one of the reasons why myVentusky was created. In the future, it will be possible to link accounts and manage or purchase subscriptions from the website as well (through the third party payment gateway like 2checkout.com or fastspring.com). Of course, existing subscriptions will be merged and continue to work. It's all planned for the end of this year.

To add to this I'm in the UK and I see no option to purchase a sub please help!

You can buy the subscription through the iOS or Android app (the purchase link is located in the weather layer menu - use the icon in the upper right corner on the main screen). We currently do not support purchasing Premium on this website.

I have the premium subscription via App (Android) is it possible to use here also or would I need two subscription?

There is no subscription available on the website at this time. In the future, we plan to offer it on both the website and app.

OK, so if I am understanding this correctly, while I purchased the Premium version on my Iphone app, I will not see the premium version on my desk top. Sorry if question is basic, but my understanding is basic.

Currently, there is no premium version of the website (everything is available). The premium is available only for Android and iOS app at the moment

Avid golfer here in the USA. Gave you a great review and have sent links to this remarkably accurate weather app to all of my golf clubs since they are contacted daily on the weather before playing.
I can not find Premium. I’m using IOS iPhone and iPad but i can’t find it. Thought that maybe I had subscribed and maybe forgot but it’s not in my subscriptions. I have searched for it everywhere. There isn’t a tab I haven’t opened. Can you please tell me where Premium is?

Thank you, I am glad to hear that! Do you have all the layers available in the main menu (like Sea, etc.)? You probably bought the app some time ago and have a lifetime license (users who bought the app before 2022 have it, now it is no longer available for purchase).

Yes, you have all the layers. Radar forecasts (nowcasting) are available only for a few hours.
