I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and unpaired and paired my watch twice and I’m still not picking up my premium subscription on my Apple Watch. When log into the Ventusky app via safari I can’t see my watch in the devices list which is probably the problem. Can you help me please? This is frustrating to say the least!!
Hello, is the premium in the app working correctly when you are logged? Apple watch itself does not show in the list of premium-paired devices, since you cannot log in directly on the watch to your account. It's paired via the phone that it should be listed in the devices.
