Radar Issues Livorno

Hi Ventusky Team,

I have noticed that the radar on Ventusky sometimes does not display precipitation in certain areas, even when other services with radar functionality correctly show precipitation.

I have attached an example to illustrate the discrepancy. Could you please look into this and let me know if there is any explanation?

Thank you for contacting us. We obtain radar data for Italy from an official source, but unfortunately, it is currently underestimating the storm in the area.

The radar from France captures the storm better, but we don't use it over Italy because it could lead to inaccurate measurements at other times.

I'm not sure why the radar in Italy is not measuring correctly at the moment. It may be partially shadowed by another storm. We can connect the radar from France there. I'll check it out.

It is fixed now. Thank you for the notice. It is now better covered by radar from Corsica.
