RESOLVED: widget premium 6x2 1h & 3h not working

Day and night forecast is functioning properly, but 6x2 premium widgets with 1h/3h aren't displaying content. Message: Unable to download data. Tap to retry.
Occasionally when this happens either reboot or recreating widget works, not now.
Android 10.

Been 2 days. This morning I woke up to 1h & 3h widgets displaying content again.

On Android, updates may be blocked by various battery-saving programs. Some systems are more prone to this. The behavior can be adjusted in the Android settings.

I wish that was the issue. I tested it by removing all widgets, clearing cache, rebooting phone, then adding the widgets. They wouldn't get any information.
