Snow values

When I select the Precipitation metric and your app returns, for example, a value of .75 with the word "snow" parenthetical next to it, does that mean 3/4 inches of snow or a liquid equivalency of 3/4 of an inch of water?

If a word snow or snow flake symbol is indicated for that value, it is a conversion to snow.
